Our Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule any booked service, we ask that you please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. You will receive a full refund for your booking as long as we are notified of the cancellation prior to the start time. If you do not attend a scheduled booking and do not inform us of cancellation, no refund will be issued. In cases of emergency, please contact us by phone or email.

Choosing support is a brave and important decision. That’s why we offer a free consultation—a safe, no-pressure space to explore your needs and see how our services can help. In this conversation, you’ll meet with a coach who listens, answers questions, and helps you identify the best path forward. Whether you want to explore coaching, discover wellness practices, or discuss what's right for you, this consultation will clarify your options and prepare you to move forward with confidence. Every site member has the option for ONE (1) free consultation booking, prior to scheduling an online or in-person session. If you are a parent/guardian looking to schedule a session for your child (under 18 years of age), we give the option for TWO (2) free consultation bookings. This gives the chance for a parent/guardian to meet with us, ask questions, allow us to collect background information and complete any necessary paperwork prior to scheduling a consultation for your child.
